Golden State Certified Development Corporation (GSCDC), an affiliate organization of VEDC (Valley Economic Development Center), administers the SBA 504 and California Small Business Loan Guarantee Program with the support of the California Business Transportation and Housing Agency. The loan programs enable business owners to continue expanding and growing their businesses.
